Terms & Conditions 999gt — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 999gt ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services provided through the 999gt website at 999gt.best, you automatically and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 999gt regarding your use of the platform, covering all aspects including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, participation in games and customer support services.

• Single active device: For your security, we recommend not logging in to your 999gt account from public devices or devices shared with others.

999gt is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your failure to comply with the account security requirements stated above. Please ensure you log out of your account after every gaming session.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 999gt reserves the right to reject deposits made through third-party payment methods, and such deposits may be frozen pending verification of the payment method owner's identity.

All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed, unless a technical error is acknowledged by 999gt. In such cases, any incorrectly credited amount will be corrected upon completion of an internal investigation.

999gt is committed to processing legitimate withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following terms apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals can be made to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow or FPX via the same Malaysian bank account used for the original deposit.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes of approval. Jackpot winnings exceeding RM50,000 may require up to 4 additional hours for verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Identity verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require KYC verification. Required documents must be submitted within 48 hours, otherwise the withdrawal request will be put on hold.
• Bonus withdrawal conditions: Winnings derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn after all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus comes with wagering requirements that must be met before winnings derived from bonus credits can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 15x to 20x, depending on the bonus type.

• Voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder.
